Football star Thomas Jones took a break from the playing field to have a hand at acting. The budding movie star landed a role. Shameless is an American television dramedy series that airs on Showtime. It is a remake of the award-winning British series of the same name broadcast on Channel 4. The series is set in Chicago’s South Side Canaryville neighborhood, although it is filmed in South Lawndale, Chicago[1] and Burbank, California at Warner Bros. Studios.
Now in its second season, Shameless tapped Thomas for an interesting guest starring role. And, though the set is extremely tight with cellphone restriction, Jones was able to snatch a few candid shots for you guys to check out. While I promised to not reveal any secrets, what I can say is that Jones plays a character which is different than he’s played before.
