Sammy Sosa has finally come clean..
“It’s a bleaching cream that I apply before going to bed. . . . I use [it] to soften [my skin], but [it] has bleached me some,” the ex-baseball star told the TV network Univision.
“I’m not a racist.I live my life happily . . . I don’t think I look like Michael Jackson.”

Former Baseball star Sammy Sosa is going on the defense after shocking pictures hit the world wide web late last week. It seems that all the Michael Jackson comparisons is drawing strong reaction from fans and internet geek alike.
Apparently the Chicago Tribune tracked down the closet version to the truth thus far. And the MJ dismissals come via Sosa’s longtime friend and former Cubs employee Rebecca Polihronis.
Per Chicago Tribune:
“He is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin,” Polihronis said. “Women have it all of the time. He was surprised he came out looking so white. I thought it was a body double. Part of (the photo appearance) is just the lighting.
“He is in the middle of doing a cleansing process to his skin. The picture is deceiving. He said, ‘If you saw me in person, you would be surprised. When you see me in person, it is not going to seem like the picture.’ [Source]
Personally I’m not buying what homegirl is trying to sell. We’ve seen this story before.
