Deportation Scoop: Shyne Gets Shipped Off To Belize TODAY!

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

WKD SHYNE

In yet another example of how one’s young and dumb mistakes can ruin your entire life, Jamal “Shyne” Barrows is being deported today.

Per SOHH.com:

Jamal “Shyne” Barrow is being deported back to his homeland Belize on Wednesday after serving almost nine years in jail for his role in a shooting in New York that involved his then mentor Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jennifer Lopez. Media reports monitored in Belize confirm that the former Bad Boy rapper is being deported by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.). Shyne’s family has enlisted the services of Harvard Law Professor and President Obama insider Professor Charles Ogletree to try and secure a pardon from New York Governor David Paterson to allow the rapper to re-enter the U.S.

Anybody with any basic foundation of common sense knows that once Jamal leaves this country he won’t be coming back.

It’s so unfortunate how much loyalty is undervalued. While I know I don’t know ALL the details as to what transpired the night Shyne threw his life away in the name of Bad Boy, this entire situation seems majorly f*cked up.

Kids let Shyne be the example. The best you can do in life is look out for yourself.

Keep ya head up Shyne. I’m coming to Belize to get that interview, sir. And that’s a promise.

EPIC Fail: Shyne Calls Puff A Liar, Claims Puff Has NEVER Called or Visited Him In Jail!

First Mark Curry airs out Puff on Gyantunplugged TV. Then Alex Gideon of AG Entertainment talks down to him like a little girl. Missy Elliot called him out at this years BET Hip-Hop Awards. And now Shyne is putting on blast.

In an exclusive sitdown with Rolling Stone.com, Jamal Barrows calls Diddy nothing then more then a common liar.

Per RS:

“I want it known that this supposed conversation is a figment of Sean Combs’ imagination,” he says in a statement. “He never spoke with me, he never visited me nor would I ever accept a phone call or visit from him. The only way I would do either of those things would be if he stepped up and did the right thing for the victims of the incident.”

A $130 million civil lawsuit filed by victim Natania Reuben against Combs and Shyne is still pending in Brooklyn, New York. Shyne has maintained that he only fired a gun in Club New York on December 27, 1999 in self-defense after his crew (which included Diddy’s then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez) were involved in an altercation with a man named Matthew “Scar” Allen. Shyne didn’t take the stand during his trial, and served eight years for assault, reckless endangerment and gun possession. “I never meant to hurt nobody — I was afraid for my life,” Shyne said at his sentencing in 2001. He has since changed his name to Moses Levi and remains in custody as officials decide whether he will be deported to Belize, where his father is the prime minister. [Source]

Damn Puff. I think it’s safe to say the industry is closing in on your bruh. Like Celie told Mister in the “Color Purple”, “Until you do right by me everything you think about is gonna EPIC FAIL!”

Gyantunplugged TV: Author Mark Curry Blows The Lid Off Puff Combs, The Notorious BIG, Mase, Clive Davis & Others In An Explosive Sitdown

Monday, October 5th, 2009

After bringing the world edgy celebrity driven entertainment blogs for years, Gyantunplugged TV is the natural progression in my mission to spice up the way we all get our celebrity scoop.

Me, along with the Raw Report team already gave you a sneak peek as to what you can expect from new online webisode series.  And now we’re back with the FIRST official episode that’s guaranteed to have everybody talking.

Rapper turned accomplished author Mark Curry stopped by Studioplex Studio’s in Atlanta, GA to chop it up with the Gyant on his explosive book, “Dancing With The Devil: How Puff Ruined The Bad Boys of Hip-Hop”.  The salacious masterpiece airs out the alleged devilish ways of Sean Puffy Diddy Combs.

What was really going on behind the close doors of Bad Boy Entertainment? How much disdain did The Notorious BIG have for the man we all call “Diddy?” Exactly how close was Mase and Puff? And how far does the scandalous and notorious homosexuality claims run within the building of Bad Boy.

Mark Curry held nothing back in our two part sit down. In fact, Curry spoke so candidly about his experiences at the once leading hip-hop label that me and my producers decided to include extra bonus footage that’s sure to knock you off your feet.

Special shoutout to the Raw Report team, Mark Curry, Super Fresh Clothing and Cavi Clothing.

FYI: A shorter version of Mark Curry’s interview will be available and posted right here on GU.com by 12pm October 5th, 2009.
