This song provided one of the rare instances where I didn’t wish Rihanna would be quiet like Shy Ronnie. She kept her appalling vocals in check (for the most part) and sounded acceptable in her soft falsetto. Eminem did his thing as well and delivered a powerful verse.

Sales figures put “Recovery” past the 2 million mark selling an estimated 2.65 million units sold.
