Big Pun’s wife Liza Rios is taking her stories of abuse, homelessness and allegations of being done wrong by rapper Fat Joe. According to Pun’s wife, Fat Joe has yet to show any legal documents regarding Pun’s royalty checks.
She alleges that she’s tried to reach out to Fat Joe, but has yet to hear anything.
Not to let anyone throw dirt on his good name. Fat Joe called into Cipha Sounds & Rosenburg radio show to give his side of the story.
After listening to both parties I tend to believe Fat Joe’s version. He seemed to have done more then enough to respect his dude’s girl.
I think Liza got it all twisted when it comes to people owing you in the music industry. For Joe to cut an entire album and give the entire advance to Pun’s family to create a life for themselves, makes him a stand up guy in my book.
It’s so sad and unfortunate how people let money change who they are at the core.

As much as I feel Fat Joe is a shithead for the things hes done to remain in the ear of mainstream music and gossip. I believe him. I think Liza Rios figured she could live off Puns name not realizing that even though her husband went Platinum, theres a lot of shit to be paid after scoring that kind of win. Plus the money she DID recieve (she admitted to recieving over one hundred thousand dollars) clearly was spent stupidly.If you work at Mc Donalds earning 25,000 a year it would take you 4-5 years to get the type of money she touched in a large lump sum. And them people working for a low amount are still surviving!
