It seems Kenyon Martin isn’t a happy camper now that an April Fool’s joke went awry. Apparently his team mates decided to fill up his Range Rover with buttered popcorn.
After seeing how the popcorn affected his white interior, Martin — who’s making roughly $16 million this year — went back into the locker room and told his teammates, “I swear to God, boy … when I find out who did it … I’m gonna put my mother f*ckin’ hands on one of y’all.”
Unfortunately, African-American’s — particularly black men — don’t take too well to pranks or April Fool’s Jokes. Sad but true. Has anyone seen any black person on Ashton Kuthcher’s “Punk’d”? They almost always turn violent.
We have it hard enough, we ain’t got time for silly games. So in the future if you got an idea for a prank and the receiving party doesn’t give you an indication that they’ve got a more then healthy sense of humor. Just say no.
