Gyantunplugged TV: Author Mark Curry Blows The Lid Off Puff Combs, The Notorious BIG, Mase, Clive Davis & Others In An Explosive Sitdown

Monday, October 5th, 2009

After bringing the world edgy celebrity driven entertainment blogs for years, Gyantunplugged TV is the natural progression in my mission to spice up the way we all get our celebrity scoop.

Me, along with the Raw Report team already gave you a sneak peek as to what you can expect from new online webisode series.  And now we’re back with the FIRST official episode that’s guaranteed to have everybody talking.

Rapper turned accomplished author Mark Curry stopped by Studioplex Studio’s in Atlanta, GA to chop it up with the Gyant on his explosive book, “Dancing With The Devil: How Puff Ruined The Bad Boys of Hip-Hop”.  The salacious masterpiece airs out the alleged devilish ways of Sean Puffy Diddy Combs.

What was really going on behind the close doors of Bad Boy Entertainment? How much disdain did The Notorious BIG have for the man we all call “Diddy?” Exactly how close was Mase and Puff? And how far does the scandalous and notorious homosexuality claims run within the building of Bad Boy.

Mark Curry held nothing back in our two part sit down. In fact, Curry spoke so candidly about his experiences at the once leading hip-hop label that me and my producers decided to include extra bonus footage that’s sure to knock you off your feet.

Special shoutout to the Raw Report team, Mark Curry, Super Fresh Clothing and Cavi Clothing.

FYI: A shorter version of Mark Curry’s interview will be available and posted right here on GU.com by 12pm October 5th, 2009.

GyantUnplugged TV Pilot W/ Keri Hilson, Jadakiss, Souljah Boy Tell Em & That Damn Keisha Knight-Pulliam

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

Y’all aint ready!

2009 has proven to be one of the best years for my career. After 5 years of causing trouble and wreaking havoc on the world wide web with today celebrities, Raw Report and my great mgmt team have struck a deal for my first show.

Gyantunplugged TV is a natural progression in my determination to bring you this mess we call Gyant to a television near you. In the pilot episode I chopped it up with the likes of Keri Hilson at her album release party at Opera in Atlanta, Jadakiss at a pre-store situation for “The Last Kiss”, Souljah Boy on a video shoot and that damn Keisha Knight-Pulliam.

Remember this is a pilot. But I welcome all feedback.

Special shoutout to Nicole Garner of The Garner Circle, Hannah and Laura at MusicBusisnessPolitics, Interscope, Deandre Way, and Best of Both Offices for the major look outs.

Exclusive Video: Yung Joc Talks Big Block & Bad Boy: “I’m On 106 & Park 10 Times, W/ No Album..How Does This Sh*t Work”

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

Excuse the video sizing issues. We’re working on it.

Atlanta rap start Yung Joc and I got a chance to sit down recently to chop it up about all the record label drama he’s currently involved in with Block Entertainment and Bad Boy Records.

While Joc’s recording future with his current label is undecided, Joc is venturing out with a new, free album, a fly new recording studio, a new label situation with Jive and is currently negotiating a plethora of new endorsement deals.

What’s his relationship with Big Block and Bad Boy to this day? And where did it all go wrong.

Joc breaks it down a bit above.

Plus check out Rawreport’s new video site, the “Rawreport Network,” with 100% new content you won’t find any place else.

ATL Blog: Alfamega Sends Open Letter To Tip, “I’m Giving You A Week To Call Me!”

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Alfamega-03-big

Alfamega is reaching out to imprisoned rapper T.I. in a very public way. Earlier this week Gyantunplugged.com got the exlusive video interview with Alfa about his sudden ousting by Clifford Harris, Jr., and the Grand Hustle crew.

The two page document is a yo-yo of passive aggressiveness.

On one hand the angered rapper goes in like a sharp knife through a kilo of a cocaine [im trying to set a scene just go with it]. But he almost immediately attempts to clean it up immediately after. But on the other hand, he did go balls out when he put a seven-day time frame for T.I. to reach out, or else.

I don’t know how I feel about all of this yet. It’s still marinating in the brain. But I think we all know that T.I’s celebrity is way too big for him to make that call. And if he does choose to bow down to “the goons” request I’m sure we’ll never know.

Or maybe this is all just a ploy to sell records. And could the furthest thing to do with principle, and right or wrong.

And wouldn’t that be some bullsh*t!

Read the well typed document below.
