According to published reports Dream’s former wife — turned baby’s momma will be getting a 4 million dollar check for their brief attempt at creating a family.
“Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and that she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court,” said Milian’s lawyer, Randy Kessler.

Well Well Well. It looks like good ole Gucci Mane just cant keep it together. After rumors circulating that Radric Davis was rushed off to rehab for falling into the perils of drug abuse, now it’s being reported that he’s been arrested on FELONY charges.
Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested yesterday in Atlanta after an off-duty cop saw him driving recklessly in a white Hummer. Gucci allegedly issued a body blow to the person he was yelling at when officers arrived.
After being pepper sprayed, Davis was taken to a hospital for medical treatment and then booked on the following charges: “driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, no license, no proof of insurance and other traffic charges,” according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
I believe it was me who promised that Gucci Mane would be back in jail within a year of being released for failing his probation last earlier this year. Personally, I don’t feel sorry for his ass one bit. I’ll take his fame because it’s clear he doesn’t want it.

Another lawsuit has been filed over claims that Interscope Records Black Eyed Peas stole a record.
According to the homie Jacky Jasper over at Diaryofastreetpimp.com reports:
Two separate but related copyright infringement lawsuits were filed today in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against the members of the Black Eyed Peas and their record labels and publishers, including UMG Recordings and Interscope Records.
The songs involved in the suits are two internationally acclaimed hit songs that brought the Black Eyed Peas extraordinary profits and iconic success: “I Gotta Feeling” and “Boom Boom Pow.”
One Complaint was filed in the Federal District Court in Orange County and alleges that the Black Eyed Peas intentionally and willfully copied a Texas songwriter, Bryan Pringle’s song “Take a Dive” when they co-wrote and recorded their Grammy award-winning hit song, “I Gotta Feeling.”
As a result of the copying, “I Gotta Feeling,” as a whole, is “substantially similar” to “Take a Dive,” which was copyrighted by Pringle in 1998, and the leading melody contained in both songs, described in the Complaint as the “guitar twang sequence,” is identical.
